“A Shining City on A Hill” – creating home ownership in the West Bank

Homeownership is a critical component of personal wealth creation and stability. However, lack of access to finance, especially in the West Bank, makes the achievement of this goal difficult for many families. CHF International, in partnership with MEII, OPIC and PIF, has created the Affordable Housing and Loan Company, known as AMAL, to make mortgage financing more readily available for Palestinians and help them on the path to financial stability and independence.
