Developed by IntraHealth in collaboration with the Novartis Foundation, this toolkit (available in French) facilitates replication of the CARDIO4Dakar approach used in Dakar, Senegal from 2022-24. It includes tools and references for implementation and is designed for health ministry officials, partners, local communities, and others to address hypertension and other cardiovascular risk factors effectively.
