Video: Watch Christine, a 10,000 Women Program Graduate, Grow her Business
Liberia’s economy is still recovering from civil war, and small and medium enterprises are key to economic development. Christine Settro took her business from a small shop with only a few pots and pans to serving the businessmen of Monrovia after graduating from CHF’s Goldman Sachs-funded 10,000 Women Program. Eventually she wants to grow a franchise, employing even more Liberians and providing them with sustainable income to better the future of the country.
