Diana Hernandez is a first-generation Mexican American bilingual Care Coordinator for Healthy Start Enhanced San Bernardino. She brings knowledge as a Lactation Educator, student midwife and parent. She is an advocate for social equity and environmental justice, focusing on Black, Brown, Indigenous and LGBTQIA+2 Spirit communities across the Inland Empire. As a Care Coordinator, her mission is to facilitate access to resources for child-bearing families in efforts of reducing maternal and infant morbidity and mortality
