Justin Secrease has over 13 years of experience in implementing humanitarian and development programs in Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, the Philippines and Yemen. Across his numerous roles with Global Communities programming in Turkey, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen, Justin has supported the development of key management and implementation systems. He has provided leadership for various sectors, including food security, nutrition, livelihoods, protection, shelter and WASH. As Country Director of Yemen, Justin is responsible for direction, coordination and management of the Yemen portfolio.
