Stacy Patrick

Stacy Patrick is a Senior Vice President at National Cooperative Bank (NCB) and has considerable experience in Capital Markets and Commercial Real Estate Lending.
Stacy joined NCB in 2006 and currently holds positions on the Capital Markets Team and the Commercial Real Estate Lending Team. In her Capital Markets role, she has been responsible for the pricing and trading of agency bonds, and is currently responsible for the execution of loan sales of approximately $500 million annually. Stacy is also responsible for overseeing NCB’s business development for the Commercial Real Estate portfolio. She is a member of NCB’s Management Advisory Council and acts as a liaison to NCB’s Board and Executive Committee. Prior to joining NCB, Stacy was an analyst at Fitch Ratings. She also currently serves on the board of Rochdale Capital, a lending CDFI.
Stacy received a BSc in Finance from Pace University and an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
