On November 22nd, Global Communities/CHF staff in Gaza distributed food to over 13,000 Gazans who were able to come out of their homes without fear. A ceasefire was announced last night and has held. To date, Global Communities/CHF has assisted approximately 47,500 Gazans with vital food assistance over the last three days.

Despite ongoing Israeli airstrikes, Global Communities/CHF staff continue to deliver emergency food aid to vulnerable residents in Gaza. On November 20th, approximately 22,500 people received dry rations. On November 21st, an additional 12,000 Gazans were assisted.

On November 20th, CHF/Global Communities, in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP), undertook an emergency food distribution in Gaza. Despite Israeli air strikes that were ongoing during the distributions, approximately 22,500 people were assisted with dry rations in Gaza. Additional distributions are planned for November 21st.
