CHF Honduras Presents Traces of Life II

CHF International is the principal recipient of the Global Fund to Prevent HIV/AIDS and Malaria in Honduras. Together with many local partner organizations, we implement a large-scale grants and capacity building program throughout the country to strengthen their ability of Hondurans to help communities living with serious health challenges. Traces of Life is a compilation of eight human stories from that program, detailing the challenges, difficulties and triumphs of people living their lives in spite of the effects of HIV/AIDS and malaria.
