Jessica Wade

Director, Healthy Start Enhanced San Bernandino
Jessica Wade serves as the Program Director for the Healthy Start Enhanced San Bernardino Project. With over a decade of experience advocating for underserved communities, Jessica’s passion for NICU families grew from her personal experience delivering her first son twelve weeks prematurely. After her son’s 143-day NICU stay, she committed to helping other families facing similar challenges.
Jessica’s Education background encompasses Early Childhood Administration and Public Health. She is also a Certified full spectrum Doula and Lactation Education Specialist. She is also an active member of several advisory boards and committees focused on maternal and infant health equity.
Most importantly, Jessica is a wife, mother to two amazing sons, dog mom, Zumba lover and Sunday School teacher.
