Entrepreneur and Investor Rudy Cline-Thomas Named to Global Communities Board of Trustees

Global Communities today announced the appointment of Rudy Cline-Thomas, the founder and managing partner of Mastry, Inc. to its Board of Trustees. Mastry, Inc. specializes in identifying investment opportunities for Fortune 500 companies, early stage start-ups and professional athletes.
Mr. Cline-Thomas is also a founding partner of the Bloomberg Annual Players Technology Summit, which brings together top leaders in the technology, venture capital and sports communities to discuss tech investing, trends, partnerships and future sports/tech initiatives. He is on the advisory boards of Pacific Pro Football, Inc. and Intent Ventures, an investment management company created to advance and support women entrepreneurs of color. He is also a board member of the Business Advisory Council for Providence College.

Mr. Cline-Thomas has worked for many years in the business of sports and athlete representation. He and business partner Andre Iguodala of the Golden State Warriors advise clients on the constantly evolving approach to business for professional athletes. He regularly provides mentorship and investment advice for professional athletes – particularly in the NBA – who are interested in becoming involved in viable early stage investments. His network includes some of the most successful CEO’s and professional athletes in the U.S.
